Syracuse Community Health Center is dedicated to serving its patients throughout Onondaga County with convenient locations and hours, high quality staff and a wide spectrum of services.

All patients will receive services at Syracuse Community Health Center location, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Patients may be eligible for sliding fee payments.
