Syracuse Community Health Center provides health care for all persons, regardless of financial status. A sliding fee plan is available for eligible individuals, based on family size and income, assuring health care services for all. SCHC also offers senior, student and prompt pay discounts to eligible individuals.

Payment options: Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
